How long until I hear back?
Within 2 business days, and usually sooner. A real person reads every application — no automated screening. Whether it's a yes or a not-right-now, you'll hear from us by email so you're never left wondering. If we need more details, we'll just ask.
Do you ship to the USA?
Right now we ship within Canada only. We'd love to serve US retailers down the road, and if that's you, send us a note — we'll keep you posted as things grow. In the meantime, Canadian shops get fast domestic delivery with no customs paperwork or import surprises.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have an opening order minimum to make wholesale work for both of us — and it's set at a level that's realistic for small boutiques, not just big retailers. We'll share the exact numbers along with pricing and line sheets once you're approved.
What if I'm not approved?
We'll tell you why, kindly and honestly. Sometimes it's about territory, sometimes it's timing, and sometimes we're just not the right fit yet. You're always welcome to apply again as your shop grows — a no today isn't a no forever.
